Matched Antibody Pairs

Matched Antibody Pair refers to a set of capture and detection antibodies that can recognize 2 different epitopes on the same antigen. They can be used in a number of applications including but not limited to:

• Sandwich ELISA
• IP-WB
• FRET/TR-FRET
• AlphaLISA/AlphaScreen
• Ultrasensitive PLA(proximity ligation assay)
• Cell-based RCA (rolling circle amplification)
• Luminex and other bead-based assays

Customers have the flexibility of choosing the detection antibody conjugation type. All our Antibody Pairs are validated using any of the above applications.
