By assay principle, our kit mainly utilizes sandwich ELISA and competitive ELISA. The assay time varies from 1 hr to several hours, and the readout can be colorimetric, chemiluminescence or fluorescence. Sample type varies from serum, plasma, body fluid like urine, cell culture supernatant or cell/tissue lysate. Our capture antibodies can be either polyclonal or monoclonal antibodies while our detection antibodies are mostly monoclonal.
