Typical Data ELISA: Bovine Butyrylcholinesterase/BCHE ELISA Kit (Colorimetric) - These standard curves are provided for demonstration only. A standard curve should be generated for each set of samples assayed.
Background Butyrylcholinesterase (HGNC symbol BCHE; EC 3.1.1.8) also known as BChE, BuChE, pseudocholinesterase, or plasma (cholin)esterase, is a nonspecific cholinesterase enzyme that hydrolyses many different choline-based esters. In humans, it is made in the liver, found mainly in blood plasma, and encoded by the BCHE gene.
Assay Solution's products are furnished for LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY. The product may not be used as drugs, agricultural or pesticidal products, food additives or household chemicals.
