This matched Ab set contains the capture and detection antibodies required for the development of sandwich immunoassays to detect/ quantify Swine TNF-α (TNF-alpha) in serum/ cell culture supernatants. 

Optional: Recombinant swine TNF-α

Applications: ELISA, IP-WB, FRET/TR-FRET, ultrasensitive PLA(proximity ligation assay), cell-based RCA (rolling circle amplification), Luminex and other bead-based assays

Reactivity: Swine

Assay Range: 62.5 pg/ml to 4000 pg/mL (as determined by sandwich ELISA)

Kit Contents: Reagents are sufficient for atleast 5 X 96-well plates 

                     Capture Antibody: Mouse anti-swine TNF-α (60 μg)

                     Detection Antibody: Biotinylated rabbit anti-swine TNF-α (12 μg)
